By using 20minutecopywriter.com and purchasing services, you agree to these Terms of Service. 20 Minute Copywriter is based at 3338 Tradan Dr, Columbus, OH 43232, USA. If you do not agree, you may not use this website or purchase services.
20 Minute Copywriter provides professional copywriting services including homepage copy, pitch deck copy, cold email scripts, LinkedIn profile copy, one-pager and brochure copy, and video script writing. All services are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.
All orders are paid in full at the time of purchase via Stripe. Prices are in US Dollars. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge shown on the Stripe payment page.
After payment, we send a project brief intake form within one business day. Work begins once the completed brief is returned. If no brief is received within 14 days of the form being sent, we follow up once more. If no response is received within 7 additional days, the project may be cancelled per the Refund Policy.
First drafts are delivered from the date the completed brief is confirmed. Quick package: 5 business days. Standard package: 3 business days. Full Service package: 24 business hours. Same-Day Delivery add-on: same business day for single-asset projects. Timelines apply to first drafts only.
Quick includes 2 revision rounds. Standard and Full Service include unlimited revisions. Revisions apply to the scope defined in the original brief. Significant changes to scope, audience, or direction after writing has begun may be scoped as a new project.
Upon receipt of full payment and final delivery, you own the delivered copy outright. You may publish, edit, and use it without restriction. We retain no rights to use your copy as a portfolio sample without your written permission.
All client materials are treated as confidential. We do not share project information with third parties. NDA available on request before starting.
You agree not to use our services to produce copy for illegal activity, fraud, deliberate deception, or content that violates applicable law. We may terminate a project and retain earned payment if misrepresentation is discovered.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. We do not guarantee specific business results from delivered copy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
