This policy applies to all purchases made through 20minutecopywriter.com. Because our services involve professional writing time, refunds depend on the stage at which a cancellation is requested.
If you cancel before returning the completed brief intake form, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $25.00 processing fee. Email hello@20minutecopywriter.com with your order reference. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
If you cancel after submitting the brief but before active writing has started, you are eligible for a 75% refund. The remaining 25% covers brief review and research time.
If you believe delivered copy materially fails to address the submitted brief, contact us at hello@20minutecopywriter.com within 7 days of first draft delivery with specific feedback. We will review the copy and the brief and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include additional revision, partial credit, or in exceptional cases a partial refund.
The Same-Day Delivery surcharge is non-refundable once we have begun work under the expedited timeline.
Sessions that have taken place are non-refundable. Sessions cancelled with more than 12 hours notice may be rescheduled within 60 days. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice are non-refundable.
If no brief is received within 21 days of the intake form being sent (14-day window plus one follow-up period), the order may be cancelled and a 50% refund issued minus the $25.00 processing fee.
Email hello@20minutecopywriter.com with your order reference and reason. We acknowledge all requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days to the original Stripe payment method.
