2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

When you contact us or place an order, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and country. We may also receive project briefs, notes, and reference materials you share voluntarily.

2.2 Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive or store your card number, CVV, or bank details. We receive a payment confirmation and a Stripe session reference only.

2.3 Technical Information

Our web server automatically logs standard access data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time, and referring URL. This is used for security monitoring and site operations only.

2.4 Cookie Consent

We store your cookie consent choice in browser localStorage under the key twm_cookie. This stores only "yes" or "no" and is never transmitted to our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

To process and fulfill your copywriting order
To send the project brief intake form and communicate about the project
To respond to inquiries submitted via contact form or email
To maintain financial records required by law
To detect and prevent fraudulent activity

We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing emails. We do not add you to any list without your explicit consent.

4. Sharing Your Information

4.1 Stripe, Inc.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Card details are entered directly on Stripe's servers. See stripe.com/privacy for their policy.

4.2 No Other Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing, analytics, or advertising. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or behavioral tracking tools.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by law or lawful government request.

5. Data Retention

Order and billing records are retained for at least 5 years for legal and accounting purposes. Project briefs and deliverables are retained for 90 days after final delivery, then deleted. Contact records are retained up to 3 years.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data by emailing hello@20minutecopywriter.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

All pages use HTTPS. Access to client data is restricted to personnel with a project need. We do not store payment card data.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as our practices change. The date at the top shows the most recent revision.
