All 20 Minute Copywriter services are delivered digitally. No physical product is ever shipped.
Completed copy is delivered via a shared Google Document link sent to the email address provided at checkout. On request, we deliver in Microsoft Word, plain text, formatted HTML, or structured text for your CMS. Specify your preferred format in the brief and we will deliver accordingly at no extra charge.
All windows begin from the date the completed brief intake form is received and confirmed -- not from the date of payment.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Revisions are delivered in the same shared document as the first draft. You will receive an email notification when each revision is ready. Revision rounds have a 7-day review window; no response within 7 days is treated as approval of the current draft.
We notify you by email when each draft is ready. Add hello@20minutecopywriter.com to your safe sender list. If you do not receive a notification within the window, check your spam folder and contact us.
If a project requires more time than the standard window, we notify you before starting and agree on a revised timeline. We do not proceed on a different timeline without your consent.
