YouTube explainers, video sales letters, short-form reels, and product demo scripts. Written to be spoken, not read.
The most common mistake in video script writing is forgetting that a script is not an article with quotation marks around it. Spoken copy has a different rhythm, a different sentence length, and a different relationship with pauses than written copy. A great article rarely makes a great script, and a great script often reads oddly as text.
We write video scripts for YouTube educational content, video sales letters (VSLs), product explainer videos, short-form content for Instagram and TikTok, and sales tool product demos. Each format gets specific treatment: explainer scripts are tightly structured around a problem-solution arc; VSLs open with pattern interrupts and build to an irresistible offer; short-form scripts are written with pacing markers for rapid-cut editing.
Scripts include shot direction notes and B-roll prompts where relevant. If you are producing the video yourself, these save significant time in post. If you have a video team, the notes give them what they need without you having to brief them separately.
We also write script revisions for existing video content that is underperforming.
